The Adidas Predator series has come a long way in it’s 32 year history. With ups and downs along the way, and even a discontinuation somewhere in the middle, but no matter what, it will always be one of the most iconic names in football boots. As of late however, it’s not in the best place. We’re lead to believe that the latest boots are always “better” than the old ones, so how is it possible that a Predator from 32 years ago is better than the ones we have now?
In today’s video we take a closer look at the incredibly cool white & black Adidas Predator 94 “Reverse”. While from a distance it might look like the OG from 1994, it’s actually a modern interpretation of the first boot in the series. Where it still features a natural leather upper, and huge rubber fins, but on the soleplate base of the current Predator 26, and with Adidas’ special edition made in Germany quality! While not for everybody, it’s a very impressive pair of football boots, where once again, a limited release option is better than what Adidas is normally trying to sell us. Let’s discuss.
