Adidas Pro Lite Shin Guard Review

This is the competitor to Nike`s J Guard. It is a lightweight, small fitting shin guard. The shell is made of a more solid hard plastice then the J Guard, and although it does weigh slightly more, it also does provide loads more protection. The backing is also better than that of which you would get from the J Guard, as it is lined with a soft cloth like material that is really durable. Adidas also includes a pair of sleeves in this package, that are in my opinion, better than the Nike sleeves.

Overall, the package does cost $18, as opposed to $10 for the Nike J Guard, but you get a much more protective, higher quality product as well as included sleeves for your extra $8. This really is a solid shinguard for what you pay, and they will no doubt last a long time.
